Super Quick and Easy Hamburger Sliders-Great for Any Gathering

Who doesn’t love a good old slider?! These hamburger sliders are so easy to make and so so simple. You can cook up a couple of dozen pans at a time. So if you having a big gathering and need to make a dish, I recommend making these.

Cooking time: 35-40 minutes
Prep time: 10-15 minutes
Servings: 24
You can change up the seasonings to whatever you and your family like. Have fun with it and enjoy these wonderful sliders.
I use throw away aluminum pans (half sheets), any size will be fine as long as you can fit in a dozen Hawaiian rolls.
How to make the sliders
You want to start off by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees.
Then take your ground beef and season it up. I use whatever seasonings I have on hand. My main go-to seasonings are onion soup mix, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix up your ground beef really well and press it out onto the bottom of your pan. Again you want to make sure this is the size of your Hawaiian rolls.
Put your ground beef in the oven to cook for 25 minutes.
While that is cooking get out your Hawaiian rolls and cut them in half.

When you your hamburger meat is cooked, drain off the grease. Carefully.

Than remove the meat from the pan, carefully and place it on top of the bread. Top that with cheese and onions or pickles and place the other half of the hawian rolls on top.
Melt some butter and brush the melted butter over the top and sprinkle with seasome seeds.

Cover and place back into the oven for 10-15 minutes. You want to cover so you don’t burn the bread.
They are done when your cheese is melted.
Now you can cut them up and serve them to your family and friends!
I always cut up some tomatoes and lettuce and have them to the side along with some ketchup, mustard, and mayo. Just in case anyone likes their slider dressed.
