Pumpkin French Toast

I love everything pumpkin, and this recipe really hits that spot! If you are a pumpkin fanatic as well, you must make this pumpkin french toast!

This is going to be a super quick article because we all most likely know how to make french toast. I don’t want to bore you with a bunch of small talk.

For this recipe you want to take all your ingredients and dump them into a bowl and whisk everything together.

Get your griddle going that way it has time to heat up. You want it on medium heat.

Then take your bread, (I like texas toast) and put it into your wet mixture. At this point, I grab some butter and put it on the griddle. Then I put the french toast on to cook.

You can serve it with syrup, powdered sugar, or just plain. Any way you serve it, I am sure it will be great.

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • loaf of bread
  • 3 C milk
  • 3 TBS brown sugar

  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 1/2 C pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp dehydrated pumpkin powder (optional)
  • 3 TBS flour (optional)
  • Butter (for the griddle)
