I know many people are starting to can and dehydrate food, to build a stock pile. This is a great recipe to try out!
This is a recipe where you can use your dehydrated spices and veggies!
Also this is a great recipe if your going hunting or camping. Put all your dry ingredients in a air tight bag or container and just add water! You can also dehydrate your noodles as well!
- 1/2 C tomato powder
- 2T dehydrated onion
- 4 C water
- 1.5 tsp dehydrated parsley
- 1.5 tsp dehydrated basil
- 1.5 tsp dehydrated oregano
- 1.5 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1.5 T garlic powder
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1/4 C dehydrated mushroom
- 2T dehydrated bell pepper
- 1 lb of cooked ground beef or 1.5 C dehydrated ground beef.
Put everything in a pot and let it cook up. I like to cook it on low for an hour or so. You can also put this in a crock pot and let it cook all day.
